On July 21, 2007, Gavin attended a Detroit Tigers game as a guest of Brandon Inge and his wife, Shani.
Gavin also got to meet Detroit Tigers Al Kaline, Gary Sheffield, Sean Casey, Todd Jones,
Ivan Rodriguez and Magglio Ordonez.  Gavin gave Brandon his last Team Gavin shirt, and
he wore it under his jersey.  During introductions, he spotted Gavin in the suite,
showed that he had on his shirt and gave a thumbs up!  The Tigersmay have lost the game,
but Brandon hit a walk-off homerun the next night and dedicated it to Gavin!
