Ordering Instructions:

Send an e-mail to
teamgavinbands@yahoo.com specifying the amount of bands wanted. In
addition, please indicate the sizes wanted (either large or small). With this
information we will be able to set aside the bands wanted so they aren’t sold
to anyone else.

Once we respond to this
email from you, we will wait until we receive a check before we will send the
bands out to you. Once again the bands are $5 each. As far as shipping costs
are concerned, If you order between 1-10 bands please include $1 for shipping,
11-20 bands include $2, 21-30 bands $3 etc. So if you were to order 12 bands
the cost of the bands would be $60 plus an additional $2 for shipping for a
total cost of $62.
- In
addition to the check, please include a note with the check specifying your
order once again, with an address that you would like the bands shipped to
with an email address so that we can send a confirmation email out to you once
they have been shipped. So your included note should look like this:
