Ordering Instructions:

Send an e-mail to
buckeyenaz@cox.net put "Team Gavin
T-Shirt" in the subject line of the email so I don't delete it as junk mail.
Specify the amount of shirts wanted. In
addition, please indicate the sizes wanted (SM to 2XL). With this
information we will be able to set aside the T-Shirts wanted so they aren’t sold
to anyone else.

Once we respond to this
email from you, we will wait until we receive a check before we will send the
shirts out to you. Once again the shirts are $15 each. As far as shipping
costs are concerned, please add $2.50 per shirt for shipping and handling. For
example, if you order 2 shirts, the cost would be $35.
- In
addition to the check, please include a note with the check specifying your
order once again, with an address that you would like the shirts shipped to
with an email address so that we can send a confirmation email out to you once
they have been shipped. So your included note should look like this:
